Heard Shri Govilkar, learned Senior Counsel for Original Petitioner Nos. 1 to 3 & the legal representatives of Petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 and Shri Chavan, learned counsel for Original Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 & the legal representatives of Respondent No. 1 2.

The Respondent No. 2 is present in the Court and she is identified by learned counsel for the respondent no. 2. Adv. Chavan is permitted to file his Vakilpatra within a period of two weeks from today.

Both the learned counsel have tendered copy of the consent terms. Copy of the consent terms is taken on record and marked akn 1/2

Both the learned counsel state that the matter is settled between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioners state that in view of the settlement, the petitioners do not wish to continue with the writ petition. He seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

Considering the joint statement made by both the learned counsel, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of accordingly.
