The civil application seeks deletion of respondents Nos. 2 to 4 (Sushila V Manohar, Sunil V Manohar and Shashank V Manohar, all of Nagpur) from the array of parties.

The applicants seeking deletion say that they are wholly unconcerned with the suit. I believe it is accurate to say that these applicants have no right, title or interest or claim of any kind in the tenancy rights relating to flat No. 2 of the building known as Ivorine 28th November 2017
4-CAW2732-17.DOC at 154, Maharshi Karve Road. In paragraph 9 they have also denied being the heirs of the deceased.

There is no opposition to the civil application. It is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No costs. 4.
Amendment to be carried out within one week from today without need of reverification.
