After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this Appeal, learned counsel for the Appellant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Appeal. He submits that directions be issued to the trial Court to consider his Bail Application expeditiously, if and when he is arrested or surrendered.

The request is reasonable. The Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn. If the Appellant is arrested or he surrenders, and if Shabnoor
