The petition is filed seeking direction to Respondent No.1 to submit within a time bound manner the report concerning the investigation in MECR No.1 of 2014. 2.

Mr. Yagnik, learned APP for the State, after taking instructions from Mr. More, API from Crime Branch Unit-I, states that appropriate report would be filed before the concerned Magistrate within a week from today. Statement is accepted. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned APP for the State, nothing survives for consideration in the petition and it is, therefore, dismissed.
