This Criminal Application is placed on Board for Directions. In the order dated 24th January, 2018, this Court granted leave to file Appeal against the judgment and order passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Koregaon, District - Satara. Appeal was admitted. In criminal Application No.10 of 2017, a separate order was passed by this Court and directed that this application be heard along with Criminal Application No.529 of 2015. Hence, Criminal Application No.10 of 2017, be treated as Criminal Application in Criminal Appeal. Criminal Application No.10 of 2017, be renumbered accordingly.
