By this First Appeal the Appellant challenges the judgment and award dated 20.04.2015 passed by the MACT, Pune in MACP No.434/2010 holding that the Respondent claimants are entitled to compensation of Rs.5,41,650/- with 8% p.a. interest.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant, the following order is passed:
