Contention is a document used before the competent authority under the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, is fabricated and hence, after succeeding, when the Petitioner wanted to file the complaint, he sought that document. At that juncture, the document was found to be missing from the record of the competent authority. 2.

We find that a formal complaint of missing document has not been made to that authority and there is no attempt even to obtain certified copy.

Hence, at this juncture, keeping contentions of the Petitioner open, we grant him liberty to take necessary steps in this respect.

With this direction, we dispose of the present Writ Petition.
