This is an Application for restoration of Criminal Revision Application No. 237 of 2018, which was dismissed for non-compliance of directions mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Order dated 24th April, 2018 passed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, as the Applicant could not prepare paper books within the stipulated period mentioned therein, his Application stood dismissed in furtherance of the said Order dated 24th April, 2018 and therefore, he 1/2

ssm 2 26-appr552.18.doc filed the present Application for modification of Order dated 24th April, 2018 and also for seeking extension of time to file paper books. He submitted that, there is a delay of about 2 days in filing the present Application. He further submitted that, the said delay is neither intentional nor deliberate and the same may be condoned in the interest of justice.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (a1).

The Applicant is directed to file paper books in the Registry of this Court within three weeks from today. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 2/2
