Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application and since the Civil Application filed is within time, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(A) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant to amend the title of First Appeal No.1161/2015 by bringing their names on the records of First Appeal No.1161/2015 as Legal Representatives of Appellant."

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
