P.C.:- After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants at length and after taking into consideration the antecedents at the discredit of the Applicants and when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court if the trial arising out of CR No. 276 of 2017 dated 11th September, 2017 registered with Pydhonie Police Station does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
