P.C.:- The learned APP on instructions, makes a statement that subsequent to the order dated 24th August, 2012 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.707 of 2012, charge sheet in the subject crime has been filed on 22nd April, 2014 and subsequently supplementary charge sheet is also filed. In view of this statement, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Trial Court. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. 2.
The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
