Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. The following order is passed, by consent :- (a) The Order dated 2 nd November, 2017 passed by the Assistant Labour Commissioner (C)-I, Mumbai is set aside.

(b) The Assistant Labour Commissioner (C)-I shall hear all the parties on 5 th December, 2017 at 3.00 p.m. and pass his orders by 7 th December, 2017.

(c) In the meantime, the employment of the Petitioners shall not be terminated.
