It is not in dispute that pursuant to the impugned order dated 12th December 2012 passed by the learned Divisional Joint Registrar remanding the matter, the authority has already implemented the said order and has passed a fresh order.

Nothing survives in this writ petition. The petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition or any other appropriate proceeding for impugning the order passed by the competent authority on 12th December 2012. If any issue of delay and/or limitation is raised by the respondents, in so far as the fresh proceedings are concerned, the same can be decided by the appropriate Court in those proceedings. In view of the dismissal of the petition, Civil Application (St.) No.15257 of 2018 does not survive and is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. R.D. DHANUKA, J.
