In view of learned APP, upon instructions from the I.O., having made a statement that during pendency of this application charge-sheet has been filed in this case on 30.12.2014 the learned counsel for the Applicant has sought leave to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the Court of Sessions for the purposes of bail. 2.

In the said premises, the application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

In event of such application being preferred the Court of Sessions shall decide the same on its own merit in accordance with law and uninfluenced by the earlier order of rejection dated 15.9.2014, as expeditiously as possible.
