Heard. The learned Counsel for Applicant, upon instructions, makes a categorical statement that the amount of Rs. 64,000/- lying in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 14th Court, Girgaon, Mumbai in C.C.No.711/SS/2010 vide receipt No. 9737412, Dt. 13Th February 2014 is not payable to the Complainant, in view of order dated 27th November 2015 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No. 475 of 2015.
