Matrimonial discord which forms subject matter of Petition No.A-1532 of 2010 in Family Court at Bandra has been settled by them amicably. Consent terms were filed in that Court and accepting those consent terms marriage between the parties has been dissolved under section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act by judgment and decree dated 16th January 2017.

Respondent No.2 - complainant accepts these developments and has given no objection for quashing of proceedings. Accordingly, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
