Mrs. Pai, learned APP, on instructions of PSI Mr. Maruti B. Shelke attached to Matunga Police Station, informs us that the Petitioners' complaint has been considered and a communication dated 08/03/2018 has been addressed to the Petitioner No.1 informing him that on enquiry, it is found that the grievance of the Petitioners is of a civil nature and the Petitioners may, therefore, take appropriate recourse. Photocopy of the said communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the above, we do not deem it appropriate to exercise our writ jurisdiction. However, it would be open for the Petitioners to file an application under Section 156 (3) of the Cr.P.C. If any such application is filed, needless to state that the same be considered by the said Court on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
