This is second application for bail by the Applicant predominantly on the ground that the trial of the present crime is prolonged. The learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that despite the direction of this Court, the trial is not concluded. Hence, the Applicant be released on bail. The learned APP submitted that as of today four witnesses have been examined by the prosecution and the recording of evidence of witness No.5 is scheduled on 23.01.2018. She further submitted that prosecution is intending to examine a more witnesses and the recording of evidence may probably to be completed within a period of four months from 23.01.2018. In view thereof, the learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application.
