The affidavit filed by respondent no. 1/original complainant is taken on record and marked Exh. "A" for the purpose of identification. In the result, Criminal proceedings pending against the applicant in Criminal Case No.653/SW/2001 pending in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 26th Court, Borivali are hereby quashed. Bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.
