Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following Order is passed by consent :

i.

The Order passed by the School Tribunal, Pune (Tribunal) dated 3 rd August, 2017 is set aside.

ii.

The Tribunal shall hear all the parties including the Education Officer and pass an Order in Appeal Nos. 67, 68 and 69 of 2016. iii.

The Tribunal shall decide Appeal Nos. 67, 68 and 69 of 2016 within a

The Tribunal shall not grant any adjournment to the parties and / or their Advocates unless absolutely necessary.

v.

The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Pune is present in Court. He undertakes to this Court that he shall remain present before the Tribunal and shall also file his say in the said Appeals. The undertaking is accepted. vi.

Parties including the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Pune by themselves and / or through their Advocates shall appear before the Tribunal on 24th November, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions in the said Appeals. vii.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. viii.

The above Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed off. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
