In view of the fact that the caste certificate is submitted before the Respondent No.2 committee for caste validity certificate, at this stage, considering the averments made we are inclined to observe that the petitioner may be permitted to participate in the interview, which is fixed on 16th December, 2015 along with the documents except original caste certificate as the caste claim issue is pending in this Court. However no question of appointment till further orders of this Court. 1/2
