Matter is mentioned not on board for seeking extension of time to make payment of Rs.6 lakh towards 2nd installment directed to be paid by an order dated 28th August 2018. 2.
Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the applicants states that 1st installment of Rs.6 lakh which was directed to be paid within two weeks from the date of the said order has already been paid within the time prescribed and the remaining amount of Rs.6 lakh could not be paid due to unavoidable circumstances and seeks four week's time to pay the balance amount.

As and by way of last indulgence, four weeks' time is granted to the applicants to pay the balance amount of Rs.6 lakh commencing from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. Consequences provided in paragraph 3 of the
ppn 2 cawst-30982.18.doc said order dated 28th August 2018 will operate in the event of the applicants not paying the balance amount.

The applicants are directed to convey this order to the respondent as well as the executing Court for record and compliance. Parties as well as the executing Court to act on the authenticated copy of this order.

Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
