This Application is for rectification of typographical mistake in Order dated 6th November, 2017 passed in Bail Application No. 1821 of 2017. It is stated that, the name of the Applicant has been erroneously typed as 'Tulsi Shah' instead of 'Tulsi Tilak Saav'. The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the name of the Applicant has been mentioned in the Charge Sheet as 'Tulsi Saav'.
