Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners on instructions states that till the date of passing adinterim order by this Court on 7th January 2014, a part of the structure subject matter of the impugned notice at Exhibit-C was demolished. Thereafter, the Petitioners have reconstructed the same.

In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives in the Petition and the same is disposed of.

We, however, make it clear that we have not made any adjudication on the question whether the act of reconstruction by the Petitioners is legal and proper. It is for the Municipal Corporation to look into the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
