After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, Mr. Vagal, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application within a period of one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial. 2.
