This is the second Bail Application. The first Application of the Applicant seeking his enlargement on bail, being Cri. B. A. No. 740 of 2016 was rejected by this Court ( Coram : Revati Mohite Dere, J. ) on merits on 02.05.2016. Learned counsel for the Applicant has not shown any change of circumstance subsequent to the Order dated 02.05.2016, except the fact, that though the charge was framed as against the Applicant on 07.06.2016, the trial has not proceeded. 2.

The Applicant's Application was rejected on merits on 02.05.2016. The said Order is on page No. 204 of the aforesaid Application.

Considering the aforesaid, no fresh ground is made out for enlarging the Applicant on bail, the Application is rejected. Since the charge was framed on 07.06.2016, the trial of the Applicant is expedited.
