In this petition, the following prayer has been made by the petitioners:- "a) The Writ in the nature of Mandamus, Certiorari or order or directives be issued, for directing the Respondents to initiate action on the applications of the Petitioners and enter their names to the revenue records on the subject land in accordance to the Judgment and Decree of the Learned District Judge, Baramati in Regular Civil Appeal no.59 of 2004."

In place of the said prayer as agreed by the learned Counsel for the parties, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No.5-Tahasildar, Baaramati, to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioners' representation dated 19th August 2017 (Exhibit 'J'), as expeditiously as possible in accordance
