This Petition challenges the orders made by the Joint Charity Commissioner and the District Judge denying the petitioners ad-interim reliefs.

The petitioners state that his Application at Exh.A to the Petition (page 19) is the main application. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 9 states that the said application is now posted for hearing some time in the next month.

If that be so, it would be appropriate to direct the Joint Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur Region at Kolhapur, to dispose of the application at Exh.A (page 19 to this Petition) on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within Waghmare 1/2

919 wp.1954.15.doc a period of six months from the date of production of authenticated copy of this order. Such direction is issued accordingly. The Joint Charity Commissioner to decide the aforesaid application on its own merits and in accordance with law without being influenced by any previous orders or from the circumstance that this Petition is not being entertained by this Court. All contentions of all parties are left open to be decided by the Joint Charity Commissioner. The learned counsel for the parties state that the parties will appear before the Joint Charity Commissioner on the next date and file the authenticated copy of this order.
