Heard learned APP for the State and the learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1. None appears for Respondent No. 2 despite service. Application is filed for condonation of 63 days' delay occurred in filing aforesaid application for leave to appeal in Sessions Case No. 83 of 2013 delivered by Additional Sessions Judge, Islampur, Sangli. By making averments in paragraph 2 of the application, the State has explained the delay. We find the same to be satisfactory. In that view of the matter, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Registry shall register the application for leave to appeal. 2.
