This is an application for modification of condition imposed upon the applicant for his releasing on pre-arrest bail by the learned Trial Court by its order dated 7.3.2013. By the said condition the applicants are directed not to leave India without previous permission of the said Court. The record disclosed that the applicants have preferred WP No.2433/2014 for relaxing the said condition. This Court by its order dated 22.12.2014 has rejected the

2 /2 said petition by observing that there is no absolute prohibition on the applicants departing from India and they can always to do so with the permission of the Court.
In view of the above, I find that the said order dated 22.12.2014 still exists, with the liberty granted by the Trial Court. In view of the same, I find no merits in the application. Application is dismissed.
