As far as the statutory deposit amount of Rs.25,000/- is concerned, it shall be remitted to the Claimants. It is informed AJN

In view of withdrawal of the First Appeal, the court fees payable on the appeal is liable to be refunded and for the same, the Appellant shall take necessary steps.

In view of the withdrawal of the First Appeal, all pending Applications shall stand disposed of.
