The application is filed for condonation of delay of 18 days occurred in filing the above criminal application. By making averments in paragraphs 2 to 5, the appellant has explained the delay. We find the explanation to be satisfactory and, therefore, condone the delay. The criminal application is, accordingly, allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and is disposed of as such.
