1] For the reasons to be recorded separately, following order is passed.

(i) Criminal Bail Application No.2855 of 2018 is allowed.

(ii) The Applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 301 of 2017 registered with RCF Police Station, Mumbai, on his furnishing the P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(iii) The Applicant shall report concerned Police Station once in a month on first Saturday of the month 1/2

osk 902-ba-2855-2018.odt between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm, till further order. (iv) The Applicant is permitted to furnish cash security of Rs.25,000/-, in lieu of surety, for a period of six weeks.

(v) The Applicant shall not enter into the jurisdiction of RCF Police Station except for attendance at the Police Station.

(vi) The Application is disposed of.
