A praecipe has been filed for Speaking to the Minutes of the Order dated 03.02.2020, in particular, para 4 of the said order. 3.

Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners submits that he had submitted during the course of his arguments that the Petitioners without prejudice were ready to deposit Rs. 20,00,000/-, however, were disputing the entire liability.

Accordingly, para 4 of the aforesaid order shall now read as

WP 626-2020 (Prod).doc under :- "Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners had during the course of his arguments submitted that the Petitioners without prejudice were ready to deposit Rs. 20,00,000/-, however, were disputing the entire liability, having regard to the documents tendered i. e. Income Tax Return Verification Forms for the Assessment Year 2010-11 in this Court, on the last date."

Instead of "Learned Senior counsel for the petitioners had during the course of his arguments mentioned that the petitioners were admitting their liability upto Rs.20.00 lacs however, were disputing the interest component, having regard to the documents tendered i. e. Income Tax Return Verification Forms for the Assessment Year 2010-11 in this Court, on the last date."

Accordingly, the Order dated 03.02.2020, shall stand corrected as above. Rest of the order to remain as it is. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
