Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The earlier application filed by the present Applicant was rejected on 9th August, 2018. In fact, the learned counsel had argued the matter length and when the Court was not inclined to grant bail, the application was withdrawn.

In the present bail application, this Court [Coram: A.S. Gadkari, J.] vide order dated 13th December, 2018 had directed to place this matter before the same Bench with liberty to mention. 3.

The present application was filed on 26th October, 2018 i.e. hardly within two months from the date of passing an order of withdrawal. There is no change in the circumstance to consider the application once again on merits.

In view of this, application stands disposed of with direction to the Learned Sessions Judge, Khed- Rajgurunagar, Pune seized with Sessions Case No. 29 of 2018 to expedite the proceedings in Sessions Case No. 29 of 2018 and make an endeavor to conclude the recording of evidence, as far as possible, within 10 months from the date of framing of charge. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
