This application is preferred by claimants for condonation of 3 years and 21 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 4.8.2009 passed by MACT, Niphad in MACP No.59 of 2006.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, Mohite 1/2

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:
