Having heard the learned counsel and having perused the application, let the delay of 269 days in preferring this application be condoned. Let the legal representative of the Respondent as mentioned in page No. 3 (cause-title of the application) be brought on record. 4.

Let the amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks and the amended copy of the application be served on the other side within a period of one week thereafter.
