The Learned Counsel for the parties i.e. the Learned Counsel Mr. M. S. Kalzunkar appearing for the Appellant and the Learned Counsel Mr. Abhijeet Dichwalkar appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 who are the claimants tender consent terms evidencing the settlement arrived at between the parties. The consent terms have been signed by the parties and their Advocates. The Respondent No.1 Smt. Baibi Bano Zahir Khan and Respondent No.2 Ms. Roshni Zahir Khan are personally present in Court, when put in the box and queried they state that the consent terms are acceptable to them and that they have signed of their own free will and volition. The First Appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
