The applicant-accused is prosecuted for the offences punishable under sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 in C.R. No.414 of 2015, which is registered at the instance of one Mr.Janak Sanghvi on 8.9.2015 with Mulund police station. The learned Counsel for the applicant-accused submits that pursuant to the order dated 17.2.2016, the applicant-accused has deposited Rs.7 lakhs in the Registry of this Court. 2.
The learned Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the custody of the applicant-accused is not required. Hence, interim pre-arrest bail granted on 4.12.2015 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions except that the applicant-accused shall attend the concerned police station as and when called.
