The learned counsel for the Petitioners makes a motion, upon instructions, for withdrawal of the writ petitions. Writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.

The entire process of collecting samples of handwriting and sending the same for the opinion of the Handwriting Experts be completed within a period of four weeks from today. The Handwriting Experts shall tender his opinion within four weeks thereafter.

The accused to complete their evidence within a period of six weeks V.A. Tikam 1/2

WP 4182-4283 of 2016 after receipt of report of the handwriting experts. 4.

The Trial Court shall make every endeavor to complete the trial within a period of six months from today.
