This writ petition is directed against the order dated 25th November 2022 of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai (hereafter "the Tribunal", for short) declining to grant interim relief to the petitioner.

We have heard Mr. Dere, learned advocate, in support of the writ petition as well as read the impugned order. The principal relief is for setting aside of an advertisement, whereas interim relief is claimed based on such advertisement. Considering the contradictory nature of principal relief and interim relief claimed by the petitioner before the Tribunal, we see no reason to interfere at this stage.

The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. 4.

The Tribunal may endeavor to dispose of the original application after the pleadings are complete as early as possible, in accordance with law.
