This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for seeking quashing of F.I.R. bearing No.137/2014 for offence punishable under section 353 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Kurduwadi police station, Kurduwadi, Taluka Madha, District Solapur. Perusal of the F.I.R. reveals that prima facie cognizable offence is made out. We are, therefore, not inclined to quash the subject F.I.R. The petition is dismissed. (V.L.ACHLIYA, J.)
