This submission is put up by the Office alongwith a letter dated 27th September 2016, received from the Judge, City Civil Court & Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Borivali Division, Dindoshi, Mumbai, seeking extension of time for deciding the Notice of Motion No.2295 of 2015. It is submitted that as per the order passed by this Court on 1st February 2016, the Notice of Motion was to be decided within two months. However, on account of the reasons; like the matter being sent for mediation, it could not be decided within the period prescribed by this Court.

In view thereof, the period for disposal of the Notice of Motion No.2295 of 2015 is extended by two months as requested by the trial court. Office to inform accordingly.
