Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the sole appellant has expired on 16.8.2017. The learned Counsel submits that he has taken out this Civil Application for bringing the legal heirs of the appellant on record. He submits that the application is moved within 90 days from the date of the death of the appellant. 2.

In view of the submission, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 7(a), (b) and (c). Amendments to be carried out within two weeks.
