By this Interim Application, the Applicants are seeking setting aside of the order dated 16th September 2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) by which conditional order was granted giving four weeks time to remove office objections. In view of that order, the registration of Second Appeal was refused.

Mr. Koregave, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent strongly opposed the Interim Application. 4.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 5.

The objections in the Second Appeal to be removed within a period of six weeks from today.
