This is an application received from jail for expeditious disposal of Sessions Case No.297 of 2011 pending on the file of the Addl. Sessinos Judge, Thane arising from Crime No. 30 of 2011, registered with Bhivandi Taluka Police station for offence under Section 302, 201 r/w. 34 of I.P.C.

The learned APP, under instructions submits that the case has been disposed of on 23.4.2015 and that the applicant has been acquitted.

In view of above, the application has rendered infructuous, and is accordingly dismissed.
