By this appeal, the Appellant claimant is challenging the judgment and award dated 20.04.2016 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in application No.OA No.1016/2010 rejecting the Appellant's application for compensation u/s.16(1) read with 13(1A) of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987 and Section 124-A of the Railways Act, 1989.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the impugned judgment and award, following order is passed:
