That the Hanmant Jadhav and his wife who happens to be victim, have identified the applicant in test identification parade. That applicant has criminal antecedents. He is accused in crime no. 183 of 2011 registered at Indapur Police Station and he is also accused in crime no. 68 of 2011 registered at Jejuri Police Station.
