After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to grant bail to the applicant, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application.

It is not in dispute that the trial in the said case has already been expedited vide order dated 9th January 2019 passed in bail application of co-accused-Jahangir Abdul Malik Shaikh being Criminal Bail Application No. 1710 of 2018. It is informed that the trial has commenced and the first witness is in the witness-box.
