The learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, makes a statement before this Court that, the Applicant will vacate suit premises and will handover vacant and peaceful possession of the same to the Respondents within a period of three weeks from today. It is also submitted that, the Applicant has not created any third party right, title and/or interest in the suit premises till today. That nobody from the family members of the Applicant will claim any equity while vacating the suit premises. The said statements are accepted as undertakings given to this Court. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application. Leave granted.
